the password isn't working...typed it both upper case and lowercase.

Sorry ladies for all the problems you're having. I'll take the pasword off in a moment when I get home. It seems to be an IE problem as I could download it no problem at home using Firefox but like you can't access it from work which uses the dreaded IE. Grrr....
